David contacted me regarding my Bold 9000 I had listed here on CB. He had great communication, paid when he said he would, and then when he received the item, he sent me an email right away letting me know he received it and was happy with it. I consider this last item to be a big one; can't tell you how many times I've sold items and never heard back from the purchaser, as to whether or not they are happy with the item.
