I will just link to the thread, but will say... the deal was made on April 30th, 2011. He received my device on May 6th and I finally ended up getting the devices (with very very very little communication) on June 6th, 2011.

I was depending on the device as I had buyers for my other devices. It cost me over $1000 waiting for this device as I wasn't going to sell those two devices until I received the Inspire.

Edit: I did receive the device in the condition as promised and I was also given an aria as well for my troubles. I wanted to ensure I made it clear that it was received.

I think it's only fair to the CB community that I chime in here as well. I know a lot of time has passed since this happened, but it just goes to show that the BS is still going on almost a year later...

I hope PK gets his Galaxy Tab that was supposedly being shipped 2 days ago.

I've apologized all I'm going to for the last transaction I had with Duvi. I gave him another phone for the trouble. As far as 312 goes, you should have left feedback when that transaction occured, I don't know why you're poping up now.... PK you and I have conversed via email this afternoon and still have an arrangement.

Like I said, if you were unsatisified with our transaction then you should have posted feedback at that point in time, not a year later. The only person here with a legitimate complaint is Duvi....

Actually, the timeframe from which the transaction occured until now doesn't negate the facts of how the situation played out. Bottom line- you're not a good seller and shouldn't be trusted. Sorry to have to break the news to ya.

Done, HOWEVER, I did leave, 312's posts since he was an actual trader. YES time has passed, but we don't have a statute of limitations here it's not a court of law!

You got a shot at good feedback from me, providing we can complete this trade tomorrow as promised.
