Sent payment over a week ago. Stated he would ship when he is back in town Friday. Says now he is going to refund payment with no good explanation. He is back in town according to his FB page that is linked in his profile. Unacceptable. I passed on other machines. Paid for this one. Waited. I want my item. I suspect he made another deal behind this ones back. Utter BS.

Yep. And still no word from the guy. It's unfortunate that CrackBerry says they don't get involved in these things yet the Mods vouch for people in certain threads, and as far as I am concerned that type of thing is a sort of "rubber stamp" on someone's credibility etc. Pathetic. The guy is a POS too as far as I am concerned. Thanks for F-ing up XMAS buddy.

Yep. Paypal says they are having trouble getting the money back from his side, whatever that means. Guy is a POS and a thief.

And one of our mods keeps telling ME to work it out. Work what out. The guy hasn't even explained himself. Why he lead me on repeatedly, all verifiable in PM, that all was well etc. Maybe this POS needed the money for something else and I became his bank since he clearly lacks and sort of morals or scruples.

His "refund" is still pending due to non-sufficient funds. Filed a Paypal dispute and the police will be dealing with criminal charges for his deliberate fraud.

Yes it was. He received a refund in full, He opened up a complaint in PayPal before the refund process was complete, he has no grounds to give me negative feedback, especially since up until now I have had PERFECT feedback. Fact is this guy was a nightmare to do business with and will be leaving negative feedback for him.

This ***** is still going on. I thought I was doing the moron a favor by stopping any legal anything however he keeps going on. The posts and actions speak for themselves. Had smooth transactions since. Everything is clear as day. I paid. The guy took. The guy took 3 weeks to refund the money since he had no money to even issue to refund and then he still comes here and cries. You sir are the problem with this country and people like you.
