Item: My N.I.B. Z10 for his Lumia 928

Feedback Details: Very VERY good with communication throughout the whole transaction. I will be honest, at first I was a hair hesitant on a trade, but his feedback for a previous device trade and other good feedback overcame that a bit. I did ship out my device to him first since mine was not a daily usage and his was. Upon him wiping the device, it went into a looped brick mode (which sometimes happens on the nokias I have read). Not his fault, totally get it that it happens. Now, for the super A+++ for him on this. He immediately sent me a pic showing me so I didnt think I was s.o.l. but he also ran right to the carrier store to try and get resolved then and there. Then, he took his own time out of the next several days to contact Nokia, open a repair case, ship out and get fixed my soon to be mine device. Also, along the way he DID offer to pay for mine instead of waiting or ship me the Z10 back. He wanted to make sure I was ok with it all and felt bad about the situation. He also even forwarded each email of information from Nokia to keep me updated. Sometimes it is the simple things that make you a bit more at ease. When he got it back from nokia he even ran out and shipped it to me UPS that night. Voila, I now have my fresh (more so than we intended even lol) Lumia.
This guy is a man of his word. Very honest and was a pleasure to do the trade with and would highly recommend him to anyone else out here for a transaction.
