Angry Using BES and very unusual results!!!!! Help!!

Using BES on server activated my BB installed service books ok and receiving exchange mail from my business email. My problem that I have is I'm not receiving pop3 in my email account unless I open up outlook at my work desktop and then it all comes in. I can send and receive internal emails (intranet) and send to pop3 no problem from my BB. I do not host my own pop3 email it points to a server ip outside that sends it to our desktops thru exchange. So do I have to change something on the BES software or switch the mail over to our server? Any help much thanx!

You are pulling your email into your Exchange mailbox which BES is then spotting - so either you need to leave Outlook running all the time or you need to configure a BIS account to collect your email and deliver it to your BB - but this latter option will cause duplicates if your work PC is collecting the same email too.
