Red face User is unable to use Broswer after IT policy has been pushed out to her device

I have a user that recently had the company IT policy pushed out to her.
It is for a security password. I have reset the device, resend the books and also reset the host routing tables on the device. Is there anything else I can try with out reactivating the device?

You don't mention a battery pull. That's always a good step to take. Finally, have you considered the possibility that the IT Policy deliberately restricts internet browser use?

Check with the BES admins for the policy. If they don't think it should be blocked, checked for hidden icons. My BB has the Internet Browser and the BlackBerry Browser that goes through the BES. Once the corporate policy was pushed I could only use the latter and go through the company network for the Internet.
