 Upgrading OS w/BESX
I am using OS4.6.304 I would like to upgrade to 5. This is my personal phone on BIS. My employer just hooked me up to BES express. I was under the impression that the IT control was to a minimum using the BES express. Before syncing with express when I plugged into DM it would say update available. Now it says no update available. I tried OTA and it just gets stuck on retrieving updates. Does anybody know how to update my OS with out going into the IT department?
