Default AT&T/Cingular Outage

Is anyone seeing any outages for Cingular/AT&T on their Blackberries?

Non of my users that are on Cingular are able to get e-mails. I've resent all the service books to them but nothing so far. All VZW users don't have any problems receiving or sending on BES or BIS at this time.

Thanks

Hey, I have had problems with my blackberry today as well. checking online content the network was moving very slow and would get stuck on requesting/loading and I would click the refresh button on the menu key. but this didn't work at the time the network seemed stiffled. but everythings fine now I'm checking online content and she's up and running.

Default random inability to hit websites, Enterprise Activation fails

Maybe I picked the wrong week to join the crackberry army. Between mac/win/parallels, instability with Enterprise Activation, and intermittent network outages, it's hard to tell whether I'm doing things wrong or whether the infrastructure is broken.

That said, once this thing starts running smoothly, clear my calendar.

AT&T had a issue this morning, lucky I was on the phone with them fixing my data plan on my new 8800 when I saw all lower case edge and wasn't able to get hooked up to my BES. Otherwise I might have thought it was a problem on my end still. Everythings's been working great since about 10am EST.

It's never the wrong time to join the proverbial winning side. Welcome and hang in there, it will be worth it.

One of my co-workers asked me this morning why I changed over to AT&T since they've had a few network problems the last couple weeks, as soon as one of the exec's that's on VZW started cussing because he missed a call due to lack of signal, I looked at my co-worker and said, "that's why, I'll never miss a call in the office anymore due to lack of signal".

I can do without data service if I know it's a issue with AT&T, but I can't do without a phone. EVER!

Default thanks; lower-case edge?

Thanks to you both for the moral support. Apologies in advance for failure to rtfm, but what does "edge" versus "EDGE" signify?

edge means you are connected to AT&T data services, EDGE means your are connected AT&T data services and the RIM NOC,

"edge" = no emails
"EDGE"= emails
to put it basic...
