Syncing contacts from BB to Lotus ota (as backup)

I am trying to help about a dozen reps in our company back up their bb's address book. I know the easiest way is via DM, but they don't want to have to install and set this up. Can I set up lotus notes, via our BES, to sync contacts from the bb to lotus notes and then if something happens to their bb the new one would sync the contacts ota?

I am not the BES administrator but was hoping someone could point me to instructions for him or if it is something that can be done from just the user's side, it woud be great.
