Syncing Blackberry and Outlook

I'm hoping someone has come up with a good solution to this situation, or has an idea on how to do this.

I'm always on the road or in the office (I'm hoping like everyone else) and I have to manage a CRM/Email system from a Desktop, Laptop and a Blackberry Bold. I also use ZoHo CRM and I want to use the Outlook Plug-in.

How do I sync them all up together?!

I use Outlook Express, because I have a super crappy version of Outlook. And it seems like the ZoHo Plugin only works on Outlook and not express. It also appears to be the same way for Blackberry sync in the Desktop manager?

Do I have to just a get a newer copy of outlook? I tried my Outlook (it's old) and blackberry and the ZoHo plugin don't sync.

Am a missing something?!
