Sync Issue with Personal Folders

I have a company bberry that syncs to Outlook 2007. We have a folder size limitation which makes it impossible for me to keep emails in my inbox or file them in folders on the server. As a result, I have to file them in folders under my "Personal Folders". The company bberry can no longer sync with the "Personal Folders", though. As a result, emails still appear on my bberry after I move them from my inbox to my personal folders. Is there a way to sync the bberry so that filed emails are removed from the bberry so that I don't have an inifite # of emails on my bberry? Thanks.
