Sync

We are a business with exchange and Blackberry Enterprise server. We have exchange running a Global address book with all the company contacts, also a company contact page on a shared public folder.

How do we make it so a person can sync all of the company contacts and personal contacts to thier blackberry, with out it dumping all of the company contacts back into thier personal contact folder in Outlook when they sync back to Outlook?

I have found that this is not possible.

There might be a third party app that can do this but i certainly havent found a way.
