Simultaneous Wireless Sync and Desktop Sync

Sprint BlackBerry 8830.

I am connected to my employer by BES and wirelessly sync my calendar.

The client's office where I work does not allow BES connection for non-company issued BlackBerries so I have to sync with my Outlook calendar using Desktop Manager.

The problem I'm having is Desktop Manager always deletes the "Desktop (CICAL)" service book for my employer's BES connection whenever I choose to sync the calendar. This has resulted in me repeatedly calling my IT Manager for Enterprise Activation to restore it.

The main reason I carry a BlackBerry is to keep up with my calendars and get me to meetings on time. I need to synchronize my mobile device with both my employer's calendar and my client's calendar. Surely, by now, somebody has figured out a solution to this problem.

How is your desktop set up? Why not set the BlackBerry Desktop Synch options to do one-way sync from your client's office of calendar items only, instead of doing a full device sync?

I have a blackberry from work. whenever i enter anything personal it goes on my work calendar at the office. i would like a separate calendar app (even a bad one that just lists appts and nothing else) or a way to turn off the sync on the calendar. i did turn off auto-sync but it does not stop it. thanks!
