Setting up 8100 email

Hi,

I'm trying to set up my Blackberry to recieve emails from my business mail server. For some reason it cannot connect to the mail server, but I am able to set it up with a yahoo account.
Has anyone had this problem and figured it out?
Any help appreciated.

What type of server do you have? You need a Blackberry Enterprise Sever if your are running exchange or the like. If you don't have a BES, you will need to use BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) and setup each account individually (like you did with your Yahoo account). BIS doesn't offer 2 way sync of calendar,tasks, contacts, memos, etc where BES does.
