Sent items from device in Outlook ?

Hi,

I use BES 4.1 since yesterday (newbie here ) and all is working OK except that the e-mails sent from the device do not show in my "Sent items" in Outlook.

On the server, in the User Properties, the "Do not save sent messages" value is set to False.

My config:
Exchange 2003 SP2 on W2K3 server SP1
BES 4.1.2.20
Blackberry 8830
Outlook 2007

Is there anything I should do ?

I'm running BES 4.1.4 my sent items show up fine in Outlook. Which Exchange SP do you have installed on the BES Server?

^^ when I was using an enterprise server, they worked perfectly - however, I recently switched jobs, and am now back on a BIS... Since the switch the problem has been occurring on all of my accounts.
