Scheduling

Hello,

We are looking at implementing a BlackBerry based scheduling system for our service technicians.

Is it possible with Outlook/Exchange/BESx/whatever to allow for a dispatcher to schedule in certain techs for service jobs and have that pop up on the tech's phone?

I know a BB user can tie the BB into their own Outlook email and calendar at the office, but can one dispatcher put appointments into various BBs?

Or.. does anyone have a totally different solution?

If the dispatcher has sufficient rights, they can create appointments in the tech's calendar. Or better yet, have the dispatcher create a meeting and invite the tech. Then there can be tracking that the tech saw and accepted the appointment.
