If you go into a VZW store they will go over all your options when you tell them what you are looking for.
That said, here is what I do for my company. I have a total of one BB and five phones. The five phones are on a family share plan of 700 min and unlimited texting. My BB is on it's own plan of 2,000 min, unlimited data, tethering, 500 text and unlimited In texting. The reason I do not have a corporate account is because it is more expensive than a consumer account. I pay about $300.00 with taxes, but I also get a government discount of 18% off my bill, 20% off data packages and 25% off accessories.
I do some traveling in the U.S. and I am out of the office most of the week. I get great coverage from VZW, awesome customer service and great help from the store sales people. Whenever I need something I usually stop in at the store and they take care me. Another thing I like about VZW is that if your BB fails in the first 15 to 30 days, they had you over a new one, not rebuilt. They also now have the ability to do insurance claims right in the store. I know this sounds like a commercial for VZW, but the point I am trying to make is that I can't be without a phone. If my BB stops working I need a resolution fast. I can't speak about AT&T because I have not had their service in a long time.
As far as BB's go, what I do is go into the VZW store and play with them. I get a sales person who uses and is knowledgeable about BB. For example, I was deciding between the Curve and the 8830. I played with both devices, and decided I liked the durability of the 8830 and was willing to give up the camera that the Curve offered.
Hope this helps.
