Removing VZW BB Signature

This question may have already been posed and answered but I was unable to find it anywhere on the boards.

I have the Blackberry 8830 from VZW and when I respond to emails it says ''Sent from my Verizon Wireless Blackberry." Does anyone know how to change this? I've looked all over the options on the phone but can't find it.
