 Remove IT security policies..
I have a 8830 and a 9630 that have my company's IT policies in force. I retired and was told to keep the phones so I had them both activated with my wife's and my phone numbers at Sprint PCS. Now I'm having trouble installing apps and making certain connections and the Sprint tech told me it was because of the IT policies and he couldn't do anything about it. My old company told me they had "released" the phones to Sprint???
How do I get these policies off these phones?  |
