Remotely Rebuild Blackberry

I work for a company who has just finished rolling out 50 Blackberries to Senior Management. The feedback we have received by the Blackberry Users has been very positive & has lead to a greater demand throughout the organisation.

My query is this, is it possible to remote directly onto a Blackberry Device for the purpose of rebuilding a device, so as the user does not have to change any of the settings or go through the Enterprise Activation process themselves.

These Blackberries will be given to members of staff who are based all over the country & if possible I don't want to travel a few hours to rebuild and reset the settings of a Blackberry, everytime a member of staff Wipes their handheld by getting their password wrong 3 times (this is our most common problem).

Anyway, any advice would be appreciated...

Once a user has his setup the way he wants it, the BES saves all the settings so next time he changes devices or has to do another EA, all the settings are pulled right back down to the device.

To further along on audits information, maybe you wanna have a look at B*Remote allows for BES admins to have remote axxs to a BlackBerry device when problems occur, I can't speak for it's use as I have no requirement to use it, but it may be something worth looking into..bit on the expensive side though.
