Default Real estate and the BlackBerry

Does anyone use the BlackBerry in the real estate profession? I use a program called Top Producer (scheduling, database, contact program) which works well on my BlackBerry. Anyone else use Top Producer or any other program tailored to your real estate practice? Thanks!

I'm in real estate but do not use any special programs. I just use the calendar functions for scheduling appointments. To access MLS I just login through the web browser.

Mobylo QuickResponse is basically an add on to e-mail that allows you to set up canned e-mails.

Basically you can type the e-mail once and send it repeatedly to people who ask the same question. Template = Canned, like the messages you get from companies with an auto-responder, same thing.

I'm a lender and use BBSmart e-mail to set up templates for the daily rates. I was using empower e-mail but, found that it ran in the background causing a battery drain.
