Default Q: How do I get my BES password?

I want to transfer my BES account into another phone and I don't know the password. Here's the problem, the company won't let me know for unknown reasons. Is there any way I can find my BES account password by myself?

thanks.

The password should've been emailed to your work address when you first activated.. You can see if you still have that email saved off somewhere... otherwise not that I can think of..

Actually after thinking about it.. I think BES passwords expire so that probably won't work either... They will need to provide a new one for you.

You only need to know the Enterprise Activation password if you wish to perform a wireless activation, or a intial activation - and yes, this password expires at an interval set on the BES.

If you install Blackberry Desktop Manager onto the PC that is setup with your firm's mail account ie. Exchange/Outlook, you will not need to know your BES Enterprise Activation password in order for you to switch devices.

Open your mail account, and Blackberry Desktop Manager, then connect your new Blackberry to your PCvia the USB cable. You will be prompted to associate the PIN of your new Blackberry, then the usual Enterprise Activation start, and your mail, Contact and Calendar info is pulled to your new device.
