Hey all,

I'm on BES for work, but on my 9700 it has disabled the Mobile Backup, as well as contact sync for my gmail account on the phone. I can't seem to find a way to fix this in the BES however.

Under PIM Sync. it's already enabled. There's no policy rule for Mobile Backup. The only thing I found from endless searching was a page on blackberry's website talking about an "allow t-mobile mobile backup" rule & what it does. However, I don't have that option listed. And if I add it as a custom rule, it does nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?
