Default Policy to disable new BB devices

Good day everyone. I have been searching for a while but cannot find what I am looking for. I am trying to see if there is a policy via BES that will block new blackberry devices added to the server via the desktop manager. We have discovered several users who have gone out and bought their own device and added it to the BES via the desktop manager. We mainly want activation of any new device going OTA using the Enterprise password. Any help or info greatly appreciated. Thanks

I suppose you could write a script that passes the PIN or ESN of the device through an array and send it back to your server to compare it to what's on record and then if it matches allow the device to connect and if it doesn't, flag the system.

I know where I work due to the network policies, we can no longer even connect USB devices period, the service is disabled via group policy and then we have auditing software that allows the admins to see if attempts were even made. What you're asking is doable, we're doing it. I just can't devuldge how.
