Default Outlook Issues with Rules BES server

OK, So I have been struggling with some issues for some time now and I need help.

I want to set up some rules on my outlook to process e-mail for me but either way I do it there is a negative issue.

So I want a rule to move e-mails I am CC'd on to another folder. I can create the rule if the folder I am moving it to is not in the main PST, but then I have to send and resend any messages that I reply to. I saw something about this being because it is not in the main inbox.

If I put the folder in the main PST then the CC e-mails stay on the server.

I also feel like this may be affecting my reconciliation as my BB inbox grows and grows even though I have dealt with the e-mail in outlook.

I tried loading the desktop manager software once and it seems to only work when it is on and the PC is on and I do not want to be tied to a PC in this manner.

Suggestions? I need to be able to get better organized and my Blackberry is a big part of this and it needs to work with me.

thanks

OK, to be clear, when you say PST do you really mean an offline maile filre residing on your worlstation, or just a folder not under the inbox but still part of ypour Exchange mailbox?

BBs can't reconcile anything if they have been moved out of the Exchange server. Best case is that BES has hard delete reconcile on, and that would delete moved messages from the BB inbox.
