Outlook calendar sync question?

Hi to all crackberry's,

i am glad to say i am a new BB user. I just recieved my bb curve from my new job and it is hooked up to my outlook account. We are using ms exchange and i was wondering if it is possible to sync my bb calendar with my outlook calendar WITHOUT the usb cable. I am on the road a lot and my employees need to see my calendar and i am unable to sync to my pc via usb cable all the time. Any help would be great!

Syncing wirelessly is only possible if your company operates a BES server.
