Outlook Calendar issue

I have a Blackberry Curve with BES synching with Outlook 2003. Everytime I receive an appointment on my Curve and mark as Tentative it not only deletes it from my Blackberry but also from Outlook. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening and how to resolve it?

Try turning off wireless sync on the device (Calendar, Options, Default Calendar), leave it off for 10-20 minutes and then turn it back on again.
