Default No email thread received by recipients

Hi. Would like to ask if someone already encountered this problem.

One of our users is having problems forwarding some emails.

When she forward some emails, the recipients only receives the email composed by her, but not the original thread.

But when you look at the sent items of the BB, the original email thread is visible.
When you also forward the email using dekstop client, recipients receive the email completely.


Already did the following but problem is still there:

- hard reset
- wipe and re-activate the device.

RIM said a known issue. They said it will be fixed on 5.0.3 MR6
