Default New Phone Existing BES Express Account How to?

Hi,
I have a 9530 connected to an Exchange Server using BES Express. My Storm broke and I got a new one, obviously I have a new PIN now and nothing from my Network is configured on my Phone. On the BB Manager (on the server) it shows my old phone. Is there a way to easily transfer my new phone to my existing account. When I check the properties of my user account I am unable to do anything concerning my device, only the rights and policies of my user account. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to contact RIM and get an authorization key for your new phone. I'm assuming there is a way to transfer the account specific stuff from one device to another, but I can't be anymore specific than that.

The auth key is a licence for the BES server, you do not need another one for a user to switch device. Assuming you are using the same SIM in the new device and your carrier hasnt modified the services, it ought to connect up to RIM and be provisioned for BES.

All you need to do, is set an "Activation Password" in Blackberry Manager, then on the device do an Enterprise Activation using the user's primary SMTP address and the "Activation Password".
