Found this looking around for software:

Nozbe - getting things done gtd software task manager and to-do list for project management and time tracking. Now on Apple iPhone and Mobile Phone!

Haven't tried it yet, and b/c I"m going to buy ToDo Matrix, not sure if this will be something I'll use yet.

I have you tried this yet? We are a custom injection molder and have several projects going in multiple places with multiple engineers.
