i believe everything that goes through your BlackBerry is logged on the BES. I may be wrong, but it's always better to be on the safe side.

Yes, everything gets tracked. Whether or not the BES Admin looks at it is a different story. Be careful with sending and receiving personal emails or anything that can get you fired.
