Messages Folder

I have other accounts set up, so I do not need the messages folder, but I noticed that I could set it to log calls. Can I assign that specific folder to only do that?

The only thing it seems you can seperate from that folder are the SMS messages and call logs. Everything else automatically goes in there and there isnt an option to stop them as far as I can see
