Default Message synching from Storm to BES

I have a BlackBerry Storm (OS .148) on Verizon Wireless and I am activated on my company's BES server (Windows 2000 SP4 / BlackBerry Professional Software for Microsoft Exchange v4.1.4 Bundle 183).

When I delete an email on my BlackBerry Storm, it remains in my Inbox within Outlook 2007. I would prefer that it were synchronized, so that when I delete an email on my BlackBerry Storm, it is also moved to the Deleted Items folder within Outlook 2007.

My Contacts and Calendar are synchronized properly, so I'm at a loss as to how to troubleshoot this. Can anybody offer me any insight? I do have access to the BES server at work.

All ears (or eyes, as the case may be). Thanks!
