Default Meeting Request

When anyone in the company send a meeting request from Outlook, the recipient receives it in his Outlook mailbox, but the Blackberry does not receive the email?

It may not be going to your handheld if you have either:
1 - An email account filter established that points the message to another sub folder in your email account (the native setup for a desktop redirector, I believe, is to only send items from your inbox, not sub folders).
2 - The other folder (or sub-folder) that the message is being directed to in your email account is not set up to 're-direct' the messages to your handset. You can correct that by choosing the folder that you want to read messages from via your Desktop Manager, or the handset if you are on a BES.
3 - You have a filter set up on your blackberry account (accessible via the handset email settings options or the Desktop Redirector) that prevents the message from coming across based upon any varying number of criteria (name, subject, etc etc)

Good luck
