Default A little help please.

I have user who has multiple pst folders on our exchange server. He is complaining about moving mail around between these folders and the email not deleting off his 8830. I had him check the settings for his email reconciliation on his 8830 and all his settings were as they should be. The user also has Desktop Mangler an the only difference is that he is using a slightly older verision. Is There anysetting or filter or rule or anything that I can use to make this work for him?

I believe that BES reconciliation is going to happen for Deleted Items only. If you move an item from your Mailbox Inbox to a .pst file, BES never gets a "Delete" request, so it must be deleted on the handheld manually. Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong. Is his delivery set to Mailbox, or to a .pst file?

A workaround may be to COPY the e-mail to his .pst and then DELETE the original from his mailbox so the BB reconciles properly.
