ideas to streamline business

Hi,
I am looking for ideas to help streamline my business. I have a web site I designed using sitespinner, that has a web form by webformdesigner. Customers sign up for classes by filling out the form and clicking submit. Their registration form is emailed to me which I personally respond by email using my blackberry. I could have a auto responder but I don't mind the personal touch. Here is where I am trying to lighten the work load. I then have to enter their information manually into my excel database. I am looking for a easy way to have the information dumped into a database automatically. I host my web site on Total Choice Hosting they offer Mysql however I have never used it. I do not know how to write code I need something programming free. Any advice that can make this whole process easier is greatly appreciated.

If you create a Google Form through Google Docs the form results are dropped automatically into a spreadsheet which could be imported into any database you wish.

The form create is quite simple and as the enter the data the spreadsheet is updated immediately.
