Default I need help many new 8320's shutting off

I add about 10 new lines per month, all with 8320's from t-mobile, at least 2 from each shipment that I get shuts off while having a full charge, all new equipment with no damage and fully charged.
A few Examples: I accivate a phone with a new number and new 8320, before I give it the the employee or within 48 hours the phone, shuts down while on a call, making a call, or a call is coming in the phone ( if its when a call is coming in, it will ring once and shut down).
I have had at least 10-15 replaced in the last 7 months, one time a relacement that I recieved did the same thing when acctivated and had to be replaced a second time (wasn't used). During the troubleshooting process, everything gets replaced wiped out and reloaded, desktop mgr updated and reloaded.
I have spent hours and hours on the phone with t-mo and RIM, they all say it's not a wide spread issue but replace it each time. I 've spoken to my rep and get less help. I am at my witts end, has anyone had this problem on brand new equipment? ( I have had 2 additional cases that a the bb was used for about a month and started doing this out of the blue).

I am assuming you activate these phones on BES. I am thinking that there is something with the exchage server that is prompting the phone to shut down. I think that it is important that you do a battery pull after every activation and see if that works. Keep posting in more general forums like the one for your device or blackberry discussing to get more responses and advice.

dgcore makes a good suggestion. I would also try to pull together as much information on the individual devices as well. What firmware version are they all running at? Have you polled the users to see if this problem continues once they are deployed - some users would just live with the problem, others would be more vocal. Whats the overall scope of the issue, i.e. what % of 8320's are exhibiting the fault? Is there any commonality between the problem devices - location, all users on a single exchange server or mailbox store. Do you see any issues reported in the blackberry logs at the time when the devices shot down?
