Http Error 400 connecting to intranet site from BB device

I'm new to BES, I'm attempting to connect to an intranet site (via a mobile application, sepcifically cognos Go mobile), and I keep getting the error 'Mob-srv-1156. The server returned the http error response code 400'.

I'm thinking this could be from the setup on the BES, how can I setup the BES for connections to my intranet sites.

Are you able to connect to the INTERnet? Let's make sure everything else is working correctly, then we can narrow down a bit.

Yes I can connect to the intrenet but not to any url on the inTRAnet
