Sorry, not sure where to post this... it kind of goes along these lines (h ttp://forums.crackberry.com/f86/new-york-subway-maps-202161/#post3993781) but the solution there was "someone already created an app for that particular problem." I'm looking for a more widely applicable answer.
Anyways, is there a way to open and view pdf's from a website? For example a subway/metro map, or a parking map. While at the Georgia Dome I tried to find a map online for the color coded parking lots (which are not color coded in real life or labeled with any kind of signs). A simple Google search in Opera mini and the map is the first link. I can get to the pdf but I can't read it. I had to ask someone with an iPhone to open it for me... frustrating and embarrassing. This has happened several times (Georgia Dome parking map, NYC Subway map, DC Metro map).
This problem isn't exactly the same as described above in this thread (not being able to view saved pdf's) but it's still something I feel should be easy to do, or at least easy to fix.
Any suggestions? Fixes on the horizon?
