Default Hosted BES with my own Exchange server

As a newbie to the BB world I have a handful of users that would like to sync with our current Exchange server. Are there any hosting companies out there that provide Hosted BES while still allowing me to use our existing Exchange box? Are there technical reasons why this would not be possible? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if it's out yet, but RIM does offer a small business version of BES. Same software, just a limited number of licenses.

BES requires a MAPI connection to your Exchange Server. A hosted BES will not be on your local network, so MAPI connection cannot be established. You'll have to get your own BES. There is a 1 user free BES download, if you want to try it out. Then you can get more licenses depending on your needs.
