Getting Personal Phone Nnumbers Off Company Phone.

Hello.

I have a company phone that I have all my contacts on.
This phone I use as my personal and work phone and is my one and only phone.
I am not after email contacts or email contact phone numbers.
I am after my general phone contact list!! HELP!! LOL!
When I back up my phone my contact list does not transfer!?
Out IT guys says that is because it is a company phone on the company network and I can not get my contacts off this phone.
He went further to say that when I leave the company that I will not be able to keep this phone because of the data that is in it!
I have many personal and company contacts in this phone outside of the company e-mail addresses and datea base that they are so concerned about.
How can I get this contact list from my phone into my possession??

As you're on a company Business Enterprise Server (BES) service, the IT policy restricts certain actions - this is obviously one of them. Presumably, your contact list is in sync with your desktop email client. You may be able to export your personal contacts from there.

What desktop email client do you use?

We use Lotus Notes.
Its not my email contacts or the email phone numbers I am after I am after my phone numbers in my phone my phone list i want to export!!

You chose to put thm in the company phone. You could write the information out by hand?

Worked with IT guy and found a way to locate phone numbers.
In my Lotus notes is a contact list that is all my phone numbers and they can be exporrted to my c drive or where ever and imported into another phone!!

I thought my email program would only have my email addresses but somehow it captures my phone numbers that are not attached to email contacts.

Now i can keep and transfer phone numbers and actually email contacts to!!
