Default Exchange: Mail pushed to blackberry but not desktop

Hi folks:

I'm in a business environment running exchange and BES. Recently, I've had a couple of people who have received emails on their blackberry without ever receiving it in their desktop outlook client.

There aren't any 'rules' in place that would effect these specific emails, and as far as I knew our GFI spam suite runs its checks before pushing mail on to our blackberry phones.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dan

1. Better check that Spam server ... especially if you state "these SPECIFIC emails" more details are required with that phrase.
2. Are your users on Cached Mode? If so run the outlook switches to resolve.
3. To determine 2 above> have a handful of affected users logon to Webmail and ensure those emails are there.

WAIT STOP. Are these actual EMAILS and not PIN messages? are there filters in redirection on the HH's stating after sending to HH delete on Mailbox? Check deleted items folder for said users if its NOT PIN messages or PIN-2-PIN messages = usually in RED.
