Exclamation Enterprise Express & Outlook Calendar only syncs one way

We recently installed Enterprise Express. The Outlook email, tasks and notes on my Storm sync perfectly both directions. The Outlook calendar only syncs from the computer to the Storm but not the other direction. Anything I do with the calendar on the Storm will not update in Outlook. Any suggestions?

We just installed BES for the few of us who weren't Droid owners therefore his knowledge about the problem is no greater than mine. I have taken this one on myself.

install blackberry desktop manager, go to the synchronise button/part, "configure" and set calendar to 2 way sync.
Not clear instructions i apologise but once you have the app installed on your desktop it will make more sense.
You have to do this on a computer which has your outlook profile loaded.
