Enterprise Activation reloads same info after wipe
Of 4 BB users in my office I'm the only one that gets red Xs when replying to emails and now it seems to be happening when I send emails. My administrator keeps sending me Enterprise Activation passwords which I use after wiping my device clean. But what happens each time is that all my settings (theme, font, email accounts, etc.) get reloaded as they were. So in essence it wasn't wiped and the problem persists!
Is there a "super" wipe we should be doing so we can start from scratch?
If anyone can solve this you will be solving what my admin can't, and various Help lines couldn't either. I resorted to buying a new BB last week thinking that might help but it didn't. That was sort of stupid of me.
