Email delay

my emails are taking an hour or more to hit the phone....others in the office are within minutes. What gives? Did I screw something up already? Thanks

How many bars for service does your device show? Also, try a battery pull if service is not up to par. Are you receiving emails instantly in your email client, i.e. Outlook or Lotus Notes (depending on what you're using)?

You might have to check with your I.T department, too.
