Default E-mail problem....I know there is a way to do this!!

Alright, I was issued a new 8830 WE through my company and this is what i am trying to do but I can not figure it out...

Through outlook I like to keep my most recent mail (until my mailbox is full) so I can look up e-mials on my BB. I like to keep my Inbox clean so i don't have to search through 100 e-mails to find the one I am looking for. But I created a folder under my Mialbox (not an archived one) to transfer all my read mail. But my BB will not show all the mail I have transferred. I create a new folder and it appears on my BB but only a few e-mials will reconcile. I just want to be able to find e-mails on my BB and keep my 'Inbox" folder clean through outlook. Anybody know of a solution to my problem???? Thanks in advance!!!!!

In messages / menu / options / how many days do you have it set to keep emails? Also, a rhetorical question, but why keep the inbox clean, and have another folder full of emails? The BlackBerry has a search button, too, you know...

You can try to redirect additional Inbox subfolders by doing the following:

Go into the Messages folder - press the trackwheel and select Options.
Then select Email Settings
Click the wheel and select "Folder Redirection"
Expand the Mailbox
Expand the Inbox

Your subfolders should appear there. Click the one (or ones) you want to redirect.

See if that works.
