Default downloading programs to desktop?
It seems that I have to my device to download programs to it, but then I have to pay for download time. Is there a site for applications, and even a game or two, that I can download to my desktop then use the application installer?

I think you are complaining about having to do OTA installs. Most site let you download to the desktop and install.
