distribution groups in outlook vs BB...

I have distribution groups in outllook (2003) that won't show up on my device ie-management. So, I created distribution groups on my device-ie-management BB, hoping that they would synch and I could select names from the already existing groups and paste them in to the group for the blackberry.
Any solutions?

No way to make them sync whether it is a group on your Blackberry or a distribution list in outlook.
