delete on handheld and desktop BES Express Exchange 2010
Just installed latest BES Express on my Exchange 2010. If I delete on handheld why does it not delete on my desktop? Under email sync, the setting is there to delete on device and desktop yet it does not. I have a gmail account on the same device that prompts me as to whether or not to delete on both yet on work email, there is no option??

Does your BES admin a/c have full permissions to your mailbox?
