Default Delayed incoming Mail on Device using BES

Hi,

I apologise if I have posted this in the incorrect thread but I need help desperatly.

I am situated in South Africa and our companies BES server is in the UK (the exchange server is local). We have around 20 users in ZA that are connected via this server but I am experiencing issues with one of the users. I have looked in every forum and searched for answers but with no luck.

Heres the issue:

Mails are delayed coming to his device. The bulk of the issues relating to the device (Incoming Mails) happens from Monday to Thursday during office hours, anything before or after that, the device works fine. Friday’s are quieter so the issue is intermittent. And on weekends the mails come in fine. There are sometimes delays for up to 2 hours a day before mails start coming in.

I have used 3 different devices and did a SIM swap but with no joy.
The user is not the only one using Vodacom service Provider and no one else is having this issue. The SP has confirmed on numerous occasions that the network is fine. I am on a different network all together and when I put my SIM into any of the devices activated for the user it does the same.(Delayed Mail) but on my device using my SIM mails come through normally.

I thought it could be latency issues between the exchange server and BES. aswell as locked threads but my BES admin has come back to me saying that there is nothing they can do as there are no errors\warnings on the BES Server. No errors on the Exchange Server.

I am really stuck here and have no idea what to do now. Please can someone help?
